Single/twin screw volumetric feeders
To feed all kinds of powder, granule, premixed material, short fiber and crushed material, different screw configurations
Conical feeder is applicable for bulk or sticky materials after kneading, and is typically used in low smoke halogen free materials, elastomer, rubber modification, shoe sole materials and other heat-sensitive materials as well as high filler, white masterbatch, black masterbatch and color masterbatch that requires efficient dispersion.
The side feeder is used for the force feeding of powder, short fiber or premixed material, which can meet the process requirement flexibly or increase the feeding volume. To improve the feeding efficiency, we can also exhaust the gas and moisture at the barrel with negative pressure to increase the powder bulk density.
Single/ twin screw loss-in-weight feeder
It is capable of high precision metering feeding for solid material, precision tolerance ≤0.5% to ensure accurate percentage feeding and even quality of product.
Loss-in-weight feeder for liquid
It is capable of high precision metering feeding of different liquid viscosity, with accuracy tolerance ≤0.5%. Heating and heat isolation unit can melt the solid with low melting point and inject it into the extrusion system in the form of liquid.
The weight gaining metering system
The weight gaining metering system can meter and mix 2~6 kinds of granules or crushed materials in batches, which not only ensures the high precision of formula, but also saves the investment with less loss-in-weight feeder.
Automatic metering system combines the raw material station, vacuum loader, auto dosing silo with high-precision metering feeders, which can realize the delivery, transportation, storage and independent metering of materials in various forms.
The weight gaining metering system can automatically meter and mix raw materials in batches, and then feed into high speed mixer without manual handling to ensure high automation, high precision, and the stability of product quality.
